Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Kiran is the Founder and CEO of Indrajaal. Under his leadership, Indrajaal is building next-generation airspace defence systems, with a strong focus on anti-drone infrastructure, while also enabling the future of urban air mobility through drone ports, networks, and air traffic control for low-altitude airspace.

Kiran’s journey into autonomy began during his Master’s in Bioinformatics at Carnegie Mellon University in 2002. While working on autonomous vehicle projects for DARPA, he recognized the limitations of existing systems in real-world decision-making and operations. His subsequent experience across enterprise roles and entrepreneurship in India reinforced his belief that software alone was insufficient—what the world needed was intelligent, autonomous systems driven by better data and AI.

Today, Kiran is focused on building resilient and scalable airspace defence infrastructure through Indrajaal, addressing emerging threats in low-altitude airspace. His work centers on creating intelligent systems capable of real-time detection, decision-making, and response, enabling safer cities and stronger national security.

An alumnus of the Computer Science department at Purdue University, Kiran has also founded ventures in clean energy and has mentored startups across sectors such as hyperlocal delivery, human capital management, and microfinance. Over the years, he has built multiple autonomous technology products and holds patents in areas such as Automated Presence Status, Presence Status-Based Communication Filtration, and Authentication-based Input Systems. He also led the development of the world’s highest-altitude research centre at 17,664 ft for DRDO, recognized in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Sunil Kalidindi

Co-founder

Sunil brings over 15 years of experience across defence and government sectors, with a strong focus on leadership, innovation, and building mission-critical systems.

At Indrajaal, Sunil plays a key role in driving the company’s vision of building advanced airspace defence infrastructure, helping scale Indrajaal’s anti-drone and airspace security solutions.

An alumnus of London Business School, Sunil has held leadership positions including Executive Director and CEO at Megasoft Ltd. He is also a Director at Sigma Advanced Systems, a key stakeholder in Indrajaal, where he contributed to delivering advanced solutions for armed forces and homeland security. His experience spans avionics, naval systems, and counter-UAS technologies, with a focus on end-to-end execution – from design to deployment.

At Indrajaal, Sunil leverages this background to strengthen the company’s capabilities in building reliable, scalable, and operationally effective airspace defence systems.

Vamssy Vellankii

Promoter & Executive Director

Vamssy Vellankii brings over 20 years of experience in leadership and corporate governance.

At Indrajaal, he oversees Finance, HR, and Legal functions, driving strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance, optimizing financial operations, and streamlining processes across the company. He plays a key role in aligning corporate functions with organizational goals and fostering efficiency at all levels.

Vamssy has held leadership roles at ASB Bank (a subsidiary of The Commonwealth Bank), Sprim Pharma, and Vodafone New Zealand. He has also been instrumental in building Grene Robotics’ global partnerships, expanding its presence in hardware, infrastructure, and managed services.

A serial entrepreneur, Vamssy founded a management consulting firm and is a partner at a New Zealand-based risk advisory firm. He holds a business degree from the University of Hertfordshire and an aviation degree, along with certification as a commercial pilot.

Wing Commander MVN Sai

Co-founder

MVN is responsible for the development and deployment of Indrajaal’s defence platform and solutions.

With more than three decades of experience building defence systems for India, MVN brings deep domain knowledge and technological expertise. During his 24 years in the Indian Air Force (IAF), he spearheaded initiatives to modernize air defence infrastructure, played a pivotal role in adopting network-based operations, and orchestrated a multi-billion-dollar import substitution for the forces. He retired from the IAF as Wing Commander in 2013.

Before joining Indrajaal, MVN spent seven years leading a company focused on unifying military intelligence and advancing operations in disaster management, airspace control, anti-UAV systems, and missile control. Previously, he also held a leadership role at Grene Robotics.

MVN is passionate about making India’s Armed Forces self-reliant and believes Indrajaal is central to achieving this vision.

He holds an executive MBA from IIM Lucknow.

Arindam Mukhopadhyay

Board Member

Arindam has over 20 years of experience in business operations and startup advisory. A Wharton alumnus, he has spent the last five years guiding early-stage ventures, helping them scale with strategic insights and operational expertise.

Parameshwar Reddy

Chief Operations Officer

Parameshwar oversees end-to-end operations at Indrajaal, including understanding customer needs, managing POCs and project deployments, partner management, procurement, commercials, and ensuring product quality.

A seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience, Parameshwar began his career as an electrical engineer and project manager in the real estate sector before moving into leadership roles at an autonomous technology company focused on building AI-driven enterprise systems, where he served as COO. He now brings that operational depth and experience to Indrajaal.

Parameshwar is a certified Business Analyst from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and an IIM Lucknow-certified COO, known for maintaining near-zero attrition across his teams.

Parameshwar is deeply committed to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, guided by his belief that the customer’s needs come first and adaptability is essential for success. His vision for Indrajaal includes building strong global teams to support its expanding international footprint.

Gaurav Sharma, PhD

Chief Legal Officer

Gaurav oversees all agreements and documentation for Indrajaal, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and addressing legal matters from a comprehensive risk management perspective.

With over 20 years of experience, Gaurav’s expertise spans intellectual property, cybercrime, corporate transactions, privacy, and data protection. He has played a pivotal role in assisting the Pune Police with cybercrime investigations, guiding organisations in GDPR implementation, and training police and government officials on cybercrime-related issues.

Gaurav holds a Master of Law in Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property Law from the University of Edinburgh and a PhD in Intellectual Property Management. At Grene Robotics, he managed the legal aspects of the company’s IP portfolio, a responsibility he continues at Indrajaal.

He values the opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-growing organisation and is dedicated to ensuring Indrajaal’s legal and regulatory excellence.

Bharat Masimukku

Chief Technology Officer

Bharat leads the development of the company’s autonomous airspace defence systems. He is responsible for building both the core software intelligence and the physical defence infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration between Indrajaal’s anti-drone products and the intelligence layer that powers them.

Bharat oversees the development of SkyOS™, Indrajaal’s proprietary C5ISRT platform that serves as the brain behind its airspace defence solutions. From system architecture and infrastructure to feature evolution, customer requirements, and uptime, he drives the end-to-end engineering of SkyOS™. Under his leadership, SkyOS™ has grown to become the foundation of Indrajaal’s scalable and intelligent airspace security systems.

With deep expertise in AI/ML, distributed systems, and big data, Bharat plays a key role in advancing Indrajaal’s R&D, contributing to product innovation, pre-sales strategy, and patents. His work focuses on solving complex, large-scale problems in autonomous systems and operational decision-making.

Earlier in his career, Bharat worked on technology solutions for the healthcare and banking sectors. He also co-authored a technical paper on speaker identification for detecting hoax calls on emergency lines, presented at the InterSpeech 2006 conference at Carnegie Mellon University.

Karthikeya Anam

Director-Business Development & Sales

Karthikeya Anam is the Director of Business Development & Sales at Indrajaal, bringing over 15 years of experience across IT, infrastructure, marine, and government sectors.

With a Master’s in Electronics Engineering from Connecticut, USA, Karthikeya has played key roles in founding and driving growth at several infrastructure companies. He leverages his expertise to spearhead business strategies and sales efforts at Indrajaal, focusing on expanding the company’s reach in the defense and technology sectors.

Ram Prayaga

Chief Financial Officer

Ram is a seasoned finance professional with over eight years of experience in financial advisory, auditing, and pricing strategy.

As the Chief Financial Officer at Indrajaal, he is responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, statutory compliance, budgeting, and strategic financial management. Ram plays a critical role in aligning the company’s financial strategies with its mission to pioneer drone infrastructure and counter-drone solutions.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Ram has demonstrated expertise in transfer pricing, financial modelling, and statutory compliance.

Ram has worked with and provided consultation to marquee Indian companies and led audits across various industries. His innovative approach, combined with technical acumen and entrepreneurial leadership, positions him as a key contributor to Indrajaal’s growth and financial success.

Shim Palladan

Head, Descom

Shim Palladan is a product strategist and designer with over 20 years of experience, having collaborated with 250+ top-tier brands such as Google, SAP, IBM, and E2Open.

He specializes in transforming complex design challenges into intuitive, AI-first, human-centered solutions for both enterprise and consumer products.

Shim is the founder of Invendes, a fractional experts firm, and The Better Life Company. Shim is also the founder and principal designer at UXD (uxdesignlabs.com), an outcome-focused product UX/UI design studio based in Bangalore, India.

At Indrajaal, he heads marketing communications (marcom) and design, leading the development of branding and product strategies. His leadership ensures that Indrajaal’s solutions offer exceptional user experiences, blending cutting-edge design and technology.

Shim’s deep expertise in product design, UX, and AI-driven technology continues to shape Indrajaal’s growth. He is committed to pushing the boundaries of design and technology, creating scalable solutions that enhance both B2C and enterprise products.

Roma Gill

VP – People & Culture

Roma brings over two decades of global experience in human resources and operations leadership.

Throughout her career, she has played a key role in shaping people strategies and driving cultural transformation at leading organizations, including Zscaler, DoorDash, MUFG Union Bank, and Charles Schwab.

She is known for her people-first approach, enabling organizations to navigate change, strengthen global operations, and adopt innovative systems such as Workday, Jira, and ServiceNow. Her work consistently focuses on building inclusive, high-performing environments where both individuals and organizations can succeed.

Roma’s journey is also deeply connected to the mission of Indrajaal. As the daughter of a retired Indian Air Force officer, she has grown up with strong values of service, discipline, and national commitment. Jay Naduvath

Chief Marketing Officer

Jay has been an integral part of Indrajaal’s journey since its inception, playing a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s communications strategy, stakeholder engagement, and brand identity. Over the years, he has led key initiatives that have strengthened Indrajaal’s market positioning and ensured that its messaging reflects the company’s long-term vision in advanced defence technologies.

As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Jay will oversee marketing, communications, brand strategy, and strategic outreach. He will work closely with the leadership team to further enhance Indrajaal’s presence across industry, government, and global defence stakeholders.

With over two decades of experience, Jay brings deep expertise in strategic communications, defence sector engagement, and perception management. His work has consistently focused on building impactful narratives that connect technology, policy, and national capability.

Cdr Abhiram Sripathy (Retd)

VP – Growth

With over two decades of leadership across defence technology, enterprise SaaS, and AI-led transformation, Commander Abhiram will lead Indrajaal’s growth and fundraising strategy, driving both organic and strategic expansion. He brings deep expertise in building investor-ready narratives, executing M&A, and creating scalable revenue models for deep-tech and critical infrastructure businesses, including emerging domains such as autonomous airspace infrastructure.

A veteran of the Indian Navy, he brings a perspective shaped by experience in electronic warfare and mission-critical systems. He has led large-scale modernization programs, managed complex IT and cyber operations, and overseen the deployment and operational readiness of advanced EW, radar, sonar, and missile systems during multinational exercises.

Beyond defence, he has built and scaled revenue streams for product startups, advised on multi-million-dollar fundraising initiatives, and mentored over 60 founders on capital strategy and go-to-market execution. He is a published author, a certified independent director, and an alumnus of UC Berkeley, IIT Madras, and NIE Mysuru.

Recognized for bridging technology, capital, and execution, Commander Abhiram will play a key role in advancing Indrajaal’s vision of resilient, next-generation airspace infrastructure – spanning both defence capabilities and future urban aerial ecosystems.

Rekha Valluri

Rekha Valluri brings over 35 years of experience in India’s defense ecosystem, specializing in sourcing critical technologies for missile and aircraft programs. Her expertise in procurement and strategic defense partnerships has played a key role in strengthening India’s military capabilities.

Lt. Gen Anil Chait (Retd)

A distinguished veteran of the Indian Army, Lt. Gen. Anil Chait has held leadership roles in defense, consulting, and industry, including at Adani, Reliance Defence, and McKinsey. His strategic insights drive Indrajaal’s defense and counter-drone initiatives.

Wing Cmdr Giriraj Singh Punia (Retd.)

A former Indian Air Force officer, Giriraj brings deep expertise in aviation operations, airspace management, and regulatory frameworks. With experience at the Airports Authority of India and exposure to DGCA operations, he plays a key role in shaping Indrajaal’s airspace integration strategies.
