The customer data will always belong to the customer.
On the unlikely event of a contract termination or expiration, all customer data shall be migrated to the system of customer choice. Based on our terms of termination we can hold the data as a redundancy after migration for a certain period of time.
There are also options to keep a copy of customer data through out the contract period in a system of customer’s choice.
